16. Firearms and Ammunition Restriction Notice

Activities such as shipping, transporting, receiving, and/or possessing firearm(s) and/or ammunition are controlled by the Gun Control Act of 1968, as amended (“GCA”), the National Firearms Act of 1934, as amended (“NFA”), and other pertinent state and local laws and regulations. When purchasing firearm(s) or ammunition from Kings, you certify that you are legally qualified to purchase and own the firearms and/or ammunition and that there are no state or local laws and regulations preventing ownership of purchased firearm(s) or ammunition. Furthermore, you affirmatively represent and warrant that you are buying firearm(s) and ammunition for lawful use only.

17. Export Restriction Notice
